‘DEADALUS’ Steering Committee Meets in Italy

Representatives of the different partner organizartions involved in 'DAEDALUS' project held their first Steering Committee meeting in Florence – Italy.

The meeting was intended to follow up on the current achievements and to discuss the future steps pertaining to the developmental process of the activities in light of the set action plan and strategy. 

Assistant Project Manager Rouba Fares from the 'Lebanese Development Network' attended the event hosted by 'COSPE' where deliverables were presented and further discussions on the upcoming agenda and activities took place.

The two year project is funded by the EU and led by the Greek IT Company Uni-Systems in partnership with LDN (Lebanon), COSPE (Italy), UPRC (Greece), EMRBI (Cyprus), CCAB (Tunis), Juhoud (Palestine), UCAS (Palestine) and the Municipality of Siena (Italy).

The Steering Committee is the Consortium body responsible for the planning, execution and controlling of the 'DAEDALUS' project which aims at responding to the needs of young residents seeking employment in the labor markets of the Mediterranean Sea Basin by enhancing their career and business opportunities and matching their qualifications and skills with the existing needs in the neighboring countries.
