Experience: 2010 – Presently : Executive Assistant to the Chairman at TRA- Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon • Providing professional executive support to the Chairman and general executive and administrative support to the Board Member (Head of Unit). This includes; preparing and/or compiling documents for the Board and other meetings (held with Senior government / private sector officials, and Senior officials of telecom operators). • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman mainly and senior staff generally. • Maintaining records through Electronic filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, and updating. • Following up with the Chairman, Board Commissioners and senior staff of the TRA, executive officers of Telecom operators and service providers concerning business matters. • Composing correspondence for the Chairman’s signature. 2007-2010: Executive Secretary to the Board Member of Market and Competition Unit at TRA- Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon. • Overseeing and coordinating documentation flow, distribution and safekeeping, including supervision of the executive conference rooms and facilities. • Assisting the Marketing team in the Event Management of the company mainly in the planning, organizing and communicating both with International and local attendees. • Enhancing own job knowledge and performance through continuous research and information updating through: o Forming monthly benchmarks for the two Telecom operators in Lebanon (MTC touch and Alfa). o Establishing maps (on Google Earth) on the mobile coverage and Broadband usage on Lebanese continents/ areas.
