Duties:

  • Supervise ,control and audit the TV SMS-filtration team (Rotana Music, Zaman, Clip and Resalah channels), sending daily assessment reports to senior Management
  • Responsible for website’s generation and development of content and updates  (www.staracademy.me ; www.rotanatv.com ; www.rotanakoora.com )
  • Supervise and manage the content management process of services (Alboome FB app; FaceMatch FB app; Rotana Cinema MMS service; Akher Al Akhbar SMS service; Majales Rotana mobile app.)
  • Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic (Alboome ; Star academy middle east ; Rotana Koora Facebook pages, Twitter and YouTube accounts)
  • Worked closely with the product developer to provide content that will be part of the overall solutions being brought to market.
  • Conduct internet-based research in preparation for new services.
  • Co-ordinate editorial procedures and maintain editorial standards.
  • Review and test the services effectiveness by compiling reports and suggest recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media
