  • Manages the day to day operations of a 100 employee department comprised of 40 clinics and short stay unit.
  • Prepares annual capital, operational and manpower budget plans.
  • Plans and executes projects for improving the quality of services of the department (i.e. patient referral and booking management system, strategic clinics relocation plan, etc...)
  • Liaises with satellite primary healthcare centers for coordination of services.
