*Follow an on-going program of preventative maintenance for all IT Equipment.

*Ensure the timely repair of any faculty systems or items of equipment.

*Establish and distribute to all departments an Emergency Manual of Procedures to be followed in the event of a power or system failure.

            * Mikrotik traffic controller to manage internet packets using policies and rights
