Involved in facilitating Organization Transformation (OT) process by using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) for the bi-lateral project between UNICEF and GOB named “Women’s Rights to Life and Health”.  The objective of the project was to improve maternal health service in the hospitals. Here AI process has carried out Thirteen (13) District Hospitals and Upajila Health Complex.
