The project was to submit a comprehensive report to the Chalhoub Group that conceptualizes the idea of a department store in Dubai. The store specializes in kids’ luxury attire and particularly the brands renowned by the Chalhoub Group. The report mainly comprised of:
r A customer experience audit that was meant for the Chalhoub Group’s primary target segment (Emirati female population)
r The detailed description of the in-store experience that will be provided to clients (the multisensory facet, in-store services and offerings)
r A marketing strategy which includes the communication & distribution, key customer segments, and the touch point chain
