I am a holder of a MA in Social work with a minor on resilience development, from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon and a MA in Psychology from the Lebanese University.

All my work and my expertize are turned around the human development and especialy after a trauma how to help the other to develop his resilience and stand up again on his foot. 

Recently I have been acting as a Child protection officer consultant for TDH-Italy. And my work included but not only: to plan and monitor all the psychosocial work and activities. To monitor and give training for the psychosocial team (social worker, psychosocial support, animators and teachers). As I was also asked to offer them a debriefing time that they can release their work stress and anger.

Previous than that I was working as a Psychologist at Rescue Me organization for their summer camps. Carrying out PTSD (Post Trauma Stress Disorder) test on the children.  Following up those most vulnerable on a psychologist level. Overseeing the psychosocial work (managing the work of the other psychologist, the social workers, and the psychosocial classes).

As also I delivered training in different organization like Maryam and Martha – a Lebanese local organization working on WPE. And CARITAS Egypt, and CARITAS-Migrant Lebanon (Faytroun and Ballouneh center).

With my previous and my divers experience I believe that I can be an assist to your organisation in this position. I have experience as trainer, as manager, as I also have experience in planning and organising project and implementing the work on the filed taking into consideration the different priorities and the context sensitivity.

So as you can see, I am  have a polyvalent profile which makes me familiar with the world of humanitarian, partnerships, networking, collaboration, management , research, in addition to having a regional and international working experience mainly with Mediterranean Countries and the Arab World. I’m always looking to go to the country in need and offer them a part of what I learned.
