Social Change Program with AFE

The Arab Foundation for Freedom and Equality (AFE) organized in Beirut a full week regional workshop with the participation of a group of human rights activists from Lebanon, Jordan, Libya, Iraq, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and Sudan.

The program consisted of a number of training seminars which were conducted by the training expert and coach Rouba Fares. The modules entailed a series of topics such as Strategic Planning, Project Cycle Management, Monitoring and Evaluation System, Proposal Writing and Negotiation Skills.

The Program aims to develop the capacity of sexual and bodily rights and gender equality activists across the MENA region in order to increase their effectiveness in the programs they manage.

The Social Change Program is a year-long program which seeks to provide individuals, groups and/or organizations in the Arab World with both theoretical and practical training in the area of Gender and Sexuality and applying it to Social Change.
