As a visionary entrepreneur I founded Cardiff Management Consultant and training. International labor organization certified young business advisor, participated in the Cairo business adviser workshop. Certified mentor and business development consultant. Participated in Sharjah University entrepreneurial week as a mentor and a judge. Committee member of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce young business group.

Cardiff Management Consultants is based in the UAE, but benefits from significant links to the UK. We specialize in providing bespoke training in creativity and collaboration for Government and private sector interests in the UAE and Gulf regions. We provide innovative business solutions using creative industries tools. CMC provide training solutions to the Governments of the UAE and Gulf region; the energy, financial and energy sectors, the Middle Eastern business community and beyond. Our current aim is to establish an accredited relationship with a UK University to enhance our brand as a trust-mark of excellence.

UAE Government Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) Director of Marketing & Communications, 2012 - 2015
My key responsibilities were: to encourage SME’s and ensure suitable business environment, created and implemented a Strategic Plan that identified the business challenges and workforce requirements., initiate PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception and to develop investment plans in line with the Emirate of Sharjah visison. My achievements include: chairing the Economic Media Message Committee; producing the first effective Economic Message of SEDD (2014- 2015); introducing the Communication Strategy for SEDD; my appointment as team leader for the Corporate Identity Project; my appointment as chair/coordinator of the Emirate level Sharjah Festival Committee; managed a team for developing new concepts and role for customer service section at SEDD and the tasks and roles for the communication section.
