It is implemented by World Waternet, the public water company for Amsterdam and surroundings, Wageningen University and Research, and Acacia Water. Innovations for investment security in land reclamation and water reservoirs with Green Plan, and the Lebanese Agriculture Research Institute (LARI) and provision of adaptable greenhouses.
