Introduction: ALDA is looking for a Project Management Coordinator. He/she will work under the supervision of ALDA’s Secretary General and he/she will coordinate the implementation unit and the various project managers (PM) of ALDA. The position is a key one in ALDA and the candidate will be part of the coordination Board of the organization.
Main Responsibilities & Duties: - Develop and follow procedures for securing the quality of the implemented projects in ALDA (timing, partners’ management, deliverable, financially sound management) in coordination with the Development Director, Administrative Director and Secretary General; - Liaise with the Secretary General, Director of Development & Programming, financial offices for securing co-funding and identification of strategies for that purpose; - Follow the general grid of implementation and calendar, throughout the spectrum of activities of ALDA; - Other
Educational Qualifications and Experience: - Relevant university degree; - Languages: English professional working proficiency - any other language is an asset (in particular French and Italian); - Previous experience in project implementation at least 5 years and proven experience in addressing multiple project management in complex environment;
