The partnering organizations of the Erasmus+ funded project ‘Transferring (Feet) Head Heart Hands Youth Methodology to (Middle) East - THYME’ conferred in Amman, Jordan from May 10th to May 12th 2022 for the kick-off meeting.

Project Manager Cristina d’Alessandro from E.I.T.D, Italy inaugurated the meeting by providing a detailed description of its framework, the implementation stages and the related activities.

The introductory session was followed by a series of brief presentations delivered by the representatives of the various partners.

The agenda included a set of discussion points such as the Work Packages, the Financial Management and the Reporting Rules, the Establishment of the Management and Technical Boards, the Internal Communication Strategy, the Creation of the Evaluation Grid, and the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan.

THYME major objectives are to: Increase intercultural and global youth competences; Develop their awareness as citizens both on the local and international levels; Enhance their activism; as well as Help them increase their potentials to find concrete and sustainable solutions to challenges in their local community.

The consortium is comprised of five partners: E.I.T.D. S.r.l. – Italy, Fundación Scholas Occurrentes – Spain, Caritas Lebanon – Lebanon, the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) – Lebanon, and Jordan Youth Innovation Forum Society (JYIF) – Jordan.
