CREACT4MED held its 4th Steering Committee with lead partner, the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association, and project partners, the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed), the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED), the Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED), and Redstart Tunisie.

Each partner provided project updates and progress since the previous meeting in February 2023. The project has carried out several activities in the last few months to support and boost the cultural and creative industries in the region. This includes, the country visits and networking events to the launching of the second cycle of the training academy, and the first MED CCI Hub event. The partners then discussed plans for the upcoming months to ensure CREACT4MED’s activities have a meaningful impact.

The meeting was then closed, emphasizing the need for continued collaboration between partners in the final year of implementation of the CREACT4MED project.

CREACT4MED aims to boost entrepreneurship and job creation for youth and women through the cultural and creative industries in the Southern Neighborhood of the European Union. It is a four-year project co-funded by the European Union and Project Partners. It is coordinated by the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association - EMEA.
